Data collected through the contact form

When you request an audit or contact me, I collect the information you provide: first name, email address, your website address, and, if you choose to share them, your estimated monthly revenue, your main challenge and your message. This data is used solely to answer your request and produce the requested diagnosis (legal basis: pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR).

The form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. Messages are routed through a Cloudflare Worker and delivered via Brevo (an EU-hosted email service). No data is ever sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Analytics

This site uses audience measurement through Cloudflare's infrastructure (aggregated statistics: page views, country, device type). These statistics are only used to understand how the site is used.

Retention periods

Exchanges related to a contact or audit request are kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, then deleted. Billing data, where applicable, is kept for 10 years in accordance with French accounting obligations.
