Boris Colombier — WooCommerce Performance Expert
Dozens of WooCommerce stores optimized. I know exactly where to look when a site is lagging — because I've already seen the problem elsewhere.
What matters is the result.
I've optimized dozens of WooCommerce stores — from small retailers to high-traffic marketplaces. Every time, the same finding: performance issues rarely come from hosting. They come from technical decisions made without measuring their impact.
My approach is simple. I measure what's slowing your site down, I fix the root cause, and I show you the results. No unnecessary jargon, no silver bullets — before/after numbers you can verify yourself.
What drives me is making software serve the user, not the other way around. A checkout that lags, a back-office that takes 5 seconds to load, a script running in a loop for nothing — it's the user who pays the price. Customer and merchant alike.
How I work.
I measure before touching anything.
No guesswork. Before every intervention, I analyze Core Web Vitals, the loading waterfall, SQL queries, script weight, and checkout behavior. I know exactly what's slowing your site down before writing a single line of code.
I fix the root cause, not the symptom.
Installing a caching plugin on a site that fires 40 admin-ajax requests per page is like putting a bandage on a fracture. I look for the real cause: mishandled cart fragments, bloated autoloaded options, a legacy checkout driving your customers away.
I measure after, and I show you the results.
Every intervention is documented. You know exactly what changed, why, and what impact it had on your metrics. No "it should be better" — numbers, before/after comparisons, proof.
What I won't do.
I won't sell you a monthly retainer you don't need. If your site is fast after my intervention, there's no reason to pay every month to keep it fast.
I won't tell you everything is broken just to justify a bill. If your hosting is good, I'll tell you. If a free plugin is enough, I won't suggest a €3,000 custom solution.
I won't promise results I can't measure. "+200% sales" means nothing without context. I'd rather show you a TTFB cut in half and a checkout abandonment rate down 15% — verifiable numbers.
